Registration fee: 690 PLN (150 EUR) / 920 PLN (200 EUR) for late applications (payable upon acceptance)
Reduced rate (upon request): 345 PLN (75 EUR)
Amounts in Euro may alter given significant shifts in the exchange rate.
The registration fee includes:
* all workshop sessions
* conference materials
* lunches
* coffee breaks
* minibus to and from Warsaw
Conference participants have the choice of staying at the
workshop venue or organising their own accommodation. Accommodation at
the venue costs 460 PLN (100 EUR subject to exchange rate) and includes breakfasts for the length of the conference.
INFORMATION ABOUT VISAS
Poland is part of the Schengen zone. Tourist visas are required for those coming from outside
of the European Union or the US.
